Bottle packing was not proper

all products are good apart from lipstick. Lipstick was smashed when delivered. Lipstick box was intact, Lipstick case was intact. The moment I opened the lipstick case to apply , I saw inside was smashed. How will I use. Earlier also I bought lipstick from you. I was good. I am using that.

You could never deliver my order! I had to cancel! It was disappointing!
