I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order during your B1G1 (Buy 1 Get 1) offer, but only received one product instead of the promised two.
What made matters worse was the complete lack of resolution despite multiple follow-ups. I sent several emails explaining the issue clearly, but either received generic responses or no meaningful action at all. It felt like my concern was being ignored rather than addressed.
Offers like B1G1 are meant to attract customers, but failing to honor them shows poor customer service and lack of accountability. This experience has definitely impacted my trust in the brand, and I would think twice before ordering again.
I hope the company takes customer complaints more seriously and improves both their fulfillment process and support system.
