I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order during your B1G1 (Buy 1 Get 1) offer, but only received one product instead of the promised two.

What made matters worse was the complete lack of resolution despite multiple follow-ups. I sent several emails explaining the issue clearly, but either received generic responses or no meaningful action at all. It felt like my concern was being ignored rather than addressed.

Offers like B1G1 are meant to attract customers, but failing to honor them shows poor customer service and lack of accountability. This experience has definitely impacted my trust in the brand, and I would think twice before ordering again.

I hope the company takes customer complaints more seriously and improves both their fulfillment process and support system.

Unfortunately the order was delayed from your end and ended up cancelling the order eventually. Every day it showed the delivery date yo be of the next day. And this continued for quite a few days and so in frustration I cancelled the order. I have be a loyal shopper of Biotique products but this time Biotique failed.

I am using this product for more than a year. I am very much satisfied with the product. Earlier I used to order it from Amazon, but for the first time i ordered the product directly from Biotique. Packaging requires more attention as the package received was torn.

I have been using the product for last two years and found them to be good.
